2008. The Muses Among Us: Faculty Exhibition With Poet Kim Stafford. The Art Gallery, Clatsop Community College, Astoria, Oregon.
The Faculty Exhibit theme was custodial aesthetics. My contributions included natural history—forests and butterflies—and social life—with pieces on drunk driving death and an essay on healing and restorative justice. My photograph was selected for the postcard and another for the poster.
2009. Examining Our Relationship With Nature. Art Center Gallery, Clatsop Community College.
I curated and produced this thematic exhibit of works by Jonathan Long, Darren Clark, and Robin Bachtler Cushman. I contributed an illustrated essay Dreaming of Open Spaces for our Cars. My poster design.
